As someone who spends a great deal of time helping people buy and sell homes, I’ve come to appreciate something that often gets overlooked. People aren’t simply searching for houses. They’re searching for the life they hope to build inside them. Sometimes that means a young couple buying their very first home. Sometimes it’s a growing family looking for more space. Sometimes it’s empty nesters ready for a simpler chapter. Every move tells a story, even if that story hasn’t been written yet. Northern California has always had a way of giving those stories a beautiful backdrop. Morning walks through tree-lined neighborhoods. Weekend trips into the foothills.
